DESCRIPTION & MAIN PROPERTIES:

●WELSIL WEATHERPROOF SILICONE SEALANT-793 is one component, neutral solidification under room temperature, high performance senior weather-proof silicone sealant.

●Excellent weatherability and long life span, ultraviolet, ozone, rain, hail and extreme high or low temperature have no influence on the product.

●Good adhension for most building materials.

Excellent tension and compression performance.

●Good elasticity and ±25% displacement capacity after curing between the temperature of -40℃~+150℃

●Good compatibility and adhension with concert, brick and tile, ceramic and metallic plates.

APPLICATIONS:

●Weather-proof sealing for glass curtain wall and metal(aluminium plate) curtain wall and aluminium composite panel.

●Gap-sealing for roof buildings.

●Installation for various windows & doors.

●Can not apply for structural use.

ADHESION：

●WELSIL WEATHERPROOF SILICONE SEALANT-793 exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to most non-porous siliceous materials (e.g. glass, tiles, ceramics, enamel, glazed tiles); impregnated, varnished or painted wood and some plastics.

●Users must carry out own tests due to the great variety of substrates.

●The adhesion can be improved in many cases by pretreatment of the substrate with a primer.

DIRECTIONS：

●Application surface should be clean,dry and free from all contaminants,i.e,dust ,rust,grease etc.

●Cut the nozzle at an angle and apply the sealant with a standard caulking gun.

●Tool immediately to spread the sealant against all surface and give a smooth finish.

●Avoid contact with eyes.

●Keep out of reach of children.

●Please dispose of empty cartridge correctly.

●It is a low hazard product.

LIMITATIONS：

●Not suitable for aquariums and in areas of food preparation.

●Not recommended for use with PMMA,PP,PE,Teflon,Bituminous,Wax or Paraffin.
