DESCRIPTION & MAIN PROPERTIES:

●WELSIL SILICONIZED ACRYLIC SEALANT-605 is high flexible, one component, water based acrylic joint sealant and gap filler, which modified with addition of organic silicone ingredients to make quick dry property, can be fully cured within 24hours, and greatly enhanced the bonding strength with glass, and increase the lightness than normal acrylic sealant.

●Quick dry property & Good adhension with glass.

●Environmental, water-based, odorless, free of solvent.

●Good water-proof and weatherability after fully cured.

●Good elasticity to prevent cracking.

●Can be sanded back once fully cured if required to give smooth surface finish.

●Can be painted over using water based paints.

APPLICATIONS:

●Weather sealing and joint sealing of glass with windows & doors profiles, and wall body with windows & doors profiles.

●Sealing low movement joints around brick, concrete, plasterboard, ceramic tiles and filling of cracks prior for painting.

●Gap-sealing for decorative stone and concrete expansion joint.

● Indoor skirting, wall tile installation, background wall installation.

● Can be used on most porous surfaces.

ADHESION： 

●Users must carry out own tests due to the great variety of substrates.

●The adhesion can be improved in many cases by pretreatment of the substrate with a primer.

DIRECTIONS：

●Application surface should be clean,dry and free from all contaminants,i.e,dust ,rust,grease etc.

●Cut the nozzle at an angle and apply the sealant with a standard caulking gun.

●Tool immediately to spread the sealant against all surface and give a smooth finish.

●Avoid contact with eyes.

●Keep out of reach of children.

●Please dispose of empty cartridge correctly.

●It is a low hazard product.

LIMITATIONS：

●Not suitable for aquariums and in areas of food preparation.

●Not recommended for use with PMMA,PP,PE,Teflon,Bituminous,Wax or Paraffin.
