DESCRIPTION & MAIN PROPERTIES:

●WELSIL SANITARY KITCHEN & BATHROOM SILICONE-P50 is one component silicone sealant,acetic curing, specialized design to resist mould breeding in high humidity environment,keep pleasant and hygiene in the gloomy and damp environment.

Prominent mould resistant performance.

●Good weatherability, flexibility and aging resistance.

●Favorable adhension for most building materials.

●Applicable to most building materials without any adverse reaction or corrosion.

●The elastomer formed after cured can fit load interface ±25% displacement ability.

●No vertical flow phenomenon, can be applied for vertical interface sealing.

APPLICATIONS：

●Gap-sealing between table board, washing trough, wall and overlaying in the kitchen.

Shower room, washbowl, sanitary ware and floor.

●Bathroom equipment, glass and ceramic etc.

ADHESION：

●WELSIL SANITARY KITCHEN & BATHROOM SILICONE-P50 exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to most non-porous siliceous materials (e.g. glass, tiles, ceramics, enamel, glazed tiles); impregnated, varnished or painted wood and some plastics.

●Users must carry out own tests due to the great variety of substrates.

●The adhesion can be improved in many cases by pretreatment of the substrate with a primer.

DIRECTIONS：

●Application surface should be clean,dry and free from all contaminants,i.e,dust ,rust,grease etc.

●Cut the nozzle at an angle and apply the sealant with a standard caulking gun.

●Tool immediately to spread the sealant against all surface and give a smooth finish.

HEALTH & SAFETY：

●Avoid contact with eyes.

●Keep out of reach of children.

●Please dispose of empty cartridge correctly.

●It is a low hazard product.

LIMITATIONS：

●Not suitable for aquariums and in areas of food preparation.

●Not recommended for use with PMMA,PP,PE,Teflon,Bituminous,Wax or Paraffin.
